New Mexico enjoys a strong and growing back office sector comprised primarily of customer support centers, shared services centers and data centers.
Back office centers in the state provide a number of functions for large corporations: customer service, technical support, order taking, claims processing, bilingual customer support, accounts payable and mail processing.
