The State Investment Council is a private equity investment program. Since 2002, the SIC has invested $7.5 million in the feature film Suspect Zero; $9 million in Earthstone International, manufacturers of revolutionary scouring products made from recycled glass; $10 million in small-jet innovator Eclipse Aviation; and $6.25 million in Aviation Technology Group, among other projects.
